I took my car in to have a water leak fixed. Very good on arrival etc, but next day, I had to put water in again so obviously the issue was NOT fixed despite spending close on £1000! Now difficult to get anyone to phone me back

A suggestion. Stop cars from parking on the left of the entrance because they cover the arrow that shows the way out.As you park our cars for a smooth get away it's a shame I end up going around the carpark unnecessarily.

When got home notriced some scratch/Scuff marks on Bootlid that were not before visit as took out my laptop bag from boot on arrival, can only assume that when washed maybe the cloth was contaminated with some particle that scuffed mark the lid

Because I didn't have an issue when my car was brought to you on a recall, and you are advising me my gearbox fault is in fact my n/s/f disc backplate and that my undertray is damaged. I know my car and drive it the way I was taught in the RAF.

I like BMW as a machine. I own plenty of them (6-8) cannot really remember. Overall the main issue - Recall for Emissions was resolved apparently. Though I would not know as the updates required were not made transparent to me. So good

One star taken away because in April 2019 while replaced a steering column switch cluster you returned the car with a steering column rattle which exists today. At the time you refused to investigate and cure the rattle. You will never get 5 stars.
